Privacy Policy
We collect as little as we can, and say plainly what that is. This page follows Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).

1. Who we are
PetInsure Thailand is a licensed non-life insurance broker, licence number 6004038319 Verify this licence with the OIC We are the data controller for personal data you send us through this website.
2. What we collect, and why
2.1 Information you send us
When you contact us through the form, LINE, or email, we receive your name, contact details, and whatever you choose to tell us — such as your pet's species, age, and health. We use it only to answer you and suggest suitable cover.
The contact form opens your own email app and sends straight to our inbox. Nothing is stored on this website's server.
2.2 Website usage data
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to see which pages are read, where visitors arrive from, and what devices they use. This is aggregate information and is not used to identify you.
Current status: analytics is not switched on for this site, so no analytics cookie is set at all. When it is enabled, it will run only if you accept.
3. Lawful basis
- Consent — for analytics cookies. You choose, and you may withdraw at any time.
- Steps at your request — for answering your enquiry and preparing a quote you asked for.
- Legal obligation — for duties that apply to a licensed insurance broker.

5. Who we share with
We do not sell your personal data. We may share what is necessary with the insurer you choose, in order to issue a quote and policy; with service providers who help us operate, such as Google for analytics; and with regulators or authorities where we are legally required to.
Using Google Analytics may involve processing outside Thailand. That happens only after you have given consent.
6. How long we keep it
Messages you send are kept for as long as needed to help you and to meet the record-keeping duties that apply to an insurance broker, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Your cookie choice stays in your browser until you clear site data or change it yourself.
7. Your rights
Under the PDPA B.E. 2562 you have the following rights:
- The right to access your data and request a copy
- The right to data portability
- The right to object to collection, use, or disclosure
- The right to erasure
- The right to restrict processing
- The right to rectification
- The right to withdraw consent at any time
- The right to lodge a complaint with the PDPC

This site is served entirely over HTTPS with browser security policies in place. Access to what you send us is limited to the people who need it to answer you.
